Empire State Cup Standings as of the Start of December 19, 2010

There are five AHL clubs in New York State, the most of any state in the league.  Those five teams vying for the 2010-11 Empire State Cup are: Adirondack Phantoms (Philadelphia Flyers), Albany Devils (New Jersey Devils), Binghamton Senators (Ottawa Senators), Rochester Americans (Florida Panthers) and Syracuse Crunch (Anaheim Ducks).  The records below indicate the head-to-head standings between the five thus far this season. 

Most Recent Update: December 17, 2010 @ Binghamton: Binghamton Senators 7 Syracuse Crunch 0.  Binghamton rolled up four first period goals and had three power-play goals overall as they beat down their Central New York rivals from Syracuse 7-0.  Sens goalie Robin Lehner saved all 25 shots thrown his way for the victory.

3.) 6-5-0-0 (12 points).

4.) 3-5-1-0 (7 points).

5.)  2-8-0-1 (5 points).
